Sergey is a recognized expert in executive assessment and development, CEO succession planning, and team effectiveness at top leadership levels, as well as individual and team coaching. He coaches executives and high potential leaders to enhance their skills in delivering organizational performance today and to prepare for future challenges.

Sergey facilitates programs that reinforce leaders’ capabilities and align them with the company’s strategic direction. He works with organizations on developing and implementing large transformation projects, strengthening change leadership and building corporate culture. He holds certification programs and workshops in succession planning tools and techniques.

Sergey has a track record of 20 years in talent management within organizations. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked as Head of Human Resource Functions and Board Member at large Russian and multinational organizations. His areas of expertise include delivery of large-scale consulting projects for organizations across industries: energy, transport, finance, healthcare, industrial, production, public institutions, consumer, etc.

Sergey is an invited speaker on talent and leadership topics at business schools, conferences, and global executive events.

As a Partner at WE Partners, Darya leads projects aimed at increasing top management team efficiency, which include individual and group assessments of transformational potential (Digital Agility). Darya is also leads Executive Search projects aimed to filling in missing top roles in an executive team.

Having graduated as a Marketing and Strategic Development Specialist Darya promoted her career into consulting and Executive Coaching, she is a Certified Coach (ACSTH ICF).

Madina joined the WE Partners team in September 2021 as a Junior Researcher. Demonstrating dynamic growth within the company, Madina advanced to the position of Junior Consultant in January 2024. She actively contributes to projects focused on Executive Search in the FMCG, Mining & Metals, Life Science, Banking & Fintech, and TMT industries.

Previously, Madina participated in the implementation of social projects and youth leadership development within the international organization AIESEC, where she held the position of President at the local level. Additionally, she gained experience as an Administrative Director at a Marketing agency. Madina is a graduate of KIMEP University with a specialization in Management and Marketing.
